Senior Integrity Information Officer

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Senior Integrity Information Officer who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

Operating with high autonomy, the Senior Integrity and Information Officer serves as a technical lead within the Integrity and Information Program. The role is responsible for providing specialist advice and end-to-end case management regarding privacy compliance, information access legislation, insurance claims, and ethical investigations. While the position does not have direct reports, it provides essential guidance to other officers within the program to ensure transparent information management and adherence to integrity policies.

What you will need to exceed

• You must have extensive practical experience with information access and privacy legislation.
• Proven experience in assessing, investigating, and managing sensitive administrative complaints and insurance claims is essential.
• You need a sound understanding of insurance law and torts to determine Council liability and settlement values.
• A working knowledge of integrity functions such as Public Interest Disclosures, Human Rights, and fraud/corruption management is required.
• The ability to gather and analyse vast amounts of factual data to formulate clear outcomes and plans.
• Strong skills in researching complex issues and providing independent advice on information release matters.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex legal issues into plain language for various audiences.

Must have

• Diploma or equivalent extensive practical experience in complaints, insurance, or integrity functions.

Desirable

• Experience in working for government
